The Parent Forum:
We pride ourselves in delivering quality cost effective instruction. Nobody knows the “test prep landscape” better than we do. Feel free to call our office to ask any questions you may have about our program.

We invite you to take a few moments of your time to read the delineated list of questions typically asked by parents and students. Perusing this list may save some time before you decide to call and register your son or daughter in our program.

Q: How Many Students do you enroll in each class?

A: We enroll no more than 15 students in a class. If a site’s enrollment exceeds
15, we then use a second classroom, and “split” the total enrollment in half.
      For example:

  Site:

Total enrollment:

Sections:

Islip

28

2 classes, 14 in each class

Q: How significant will my child’s score improve?

A: Students who use our proven strategies, attend all classes in the semester, and
do the assigned homework can expect significant increases in their SAT I
composite scores. Click on our Testimonials link on our “home page” to research
the results many of our students enjoy.

Q: Why is your tuition so reasonable?

A: Hampton Review has always prided itself on delivering quality instruction for
moderately priced tuition rates so that families of a wide range of incomes may
benefit from our professional services. Most of our capital expenses are
appropriated for our teaching staff and instructional materials, not deceptive
      advertisement campaigns.

Q: How qualified is your teaching staff?

A: Your child will be taught by two New York State certified instructors-an English
teacher and a math teacher. Our teachers are seasoned veterans working in the
public or private secondary school system or at the college or university level. All
teachers are also trained and in-serviced regularly by The Hampton Review.

Q: Does your tuition cover all expenses?

A: Hampton Review provides enrolled students with all the instructional materials
needed for successful completion of the course. Students should bring a calculator,
a legal pad or spiral notebook, a pen, and pencils.

Q: Is there a prescribed curriculum? May a student make up a class at another
     site?

A: Hampton Review furnishes the student with a weekly delineated semester course
outline, replete with instructional objectives for each of the exam’s core
components. Homework assignments are listed on the outline for each class.

Make-up classes: Students may make up a class at a site other than their “home
site” with at least a day’s notification of the anticipated missed class. The lessons at
each site have the same instructional objectives. In other words, Lesson 5 in West-
hampton is the same lesson taught in Garden City. The protocol for making up a
     class is listed below.
